How it works

    Configure

    Pick your parts in the configurator and you'll see the exact price before you order. If you'd rather we choose, message us.

  2. 02

    Pay

    Pay the full amount by UPI or bank transfer. Once it reaches us, the price you saw is the price you pay.

  3. 03

    Build and test

    Once every part is in, we build it, tidy the cables, then leave it running under full load for 24 hours to catch any faults early.

  4. 04

    Handover

    You pick it up, or we deliver it if you're nearby. It's ready to plug in and use.

Who builds it

We started ibuildrigs because pre-built PCs often cost more than they should for the parts inside. Every order is built by our own team, one at a time.

Whether it's a question before you order or a problem two years later, you'll be talking to the people who built your PC.

Common questions

How long does a build take?

It depends on the parts. If everything is in stock, we start as soon as your payment is confirmed. If we need to source something, we'll tell you how long it should take before you pay. Every PC then runs a 24-hour stress test before handover.

How does payment work?

You pay the full amount when you order, by UPI or bank transfer. Checkout shows a UPI QR code with the exact amount, plus our bank details. Send us a screenshot once you've paid. We'll confirm it and start your build.

What does the warranty cover?

We give a 2-year labor warranty on assembly, wiring and setup. Each component also keeps its own manufacturer warranty.

Do you deliver?

Yes. You can pick the PC up or have it delivered locally. If you're not sure you're in range, send us a message with your area.

How do I get updates on my order?

Check it any time on the order tracking page with your order number (it starts with IBR-) and the phone number you ordered with. You can also email us at [email protected] and we'll reply with where your build is. You can also call us.

Can you choose the parts for me?

Yes, and it's free. Send us your budget and what you'll use the PC for, and we'll draft a parts list you can order as is or adjust in the configurator.
